CREATING AN ACCOUNT
Purpose
To use the data provided by users to manage sales via the virtual store, make a record of purchases available to users and send products to the address provided. Statistics will also be generated regarding use of the website.

TRAMBAIX UTE will be the Data Processor. Your data will also be processed by companies managing the store, providing administrative services or transport services.
Users can share the content of the website on social networks and through the channels that appear when the relevant buttons are pressed. The use of these buttons implies that the user will be accessing social networks that have their own data protection policies, over which TRAM has no control, and the user must therefore check said policies.

Data relative to sales will be treated as required by the execution of the contract (Art. 6.1 GDPR). The registration form indicates which data are compulsory for the purposes described, it being impossible to proceed with the sale if they are not provided.
Data relative to the statistical analysis of the use of the website are processed in so far as they correspond to a legitimate interest in measuring the use of the website in order to improve the products it offers (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

To process payment for products purchased in the store, customers must use the payment gateway provided by arrangement between TRAMBAIX UTE and the relevant bank.
